Anthony’s Travel Partnership

Anthony's Travel PartnershipThe Cathie Stankevitch Foundation are delighted to announce that local Award Winning Coach Operator Anthony’s Travel will be the registered Charity’s Official Travel partner in 2017.

The partnership will see Anthony’s Travel provide state of the art travel facilities for some of the events that the Cathie Stankevitch Foundation will be running this year, including the upcoming Velocity Zip Wire Challenge in North Wales, in which the ‘Fealess 40’ will put their bodies and minds on the line (literally) to test their nerve on the fastest Zip Wire in the World!!

Cathie Stankevitch Foundation Operations Manager John Stankevitch said “The people who are very kindly supporting the Charity by taking part in our Challenges this year, are going to be putting themselves in some very uncomfortable situations, all to raise money for the Cathie Stankevitch Foundation. The very least that we can do is to provide the highest quality transport to get our volunteers to and from our events. Having known Richard and his dad Tony for quite some time, through Rugby League circles, I know exactly how much pride Richard takes in ensuring that those who step onto his coaches, travel in luxury. And there are likely to be some very sore bodies from some of the challenges in 2017, so spacious and comfortable transportation is very important to us, in making sure our volunteers feel like their efforts are appreciated.”

Managing Partner of Anthony’s Travel Richard Bamber said “It’s a pleasure to be supporting and partnering with the Cathie Stankevitch Foundation.  Despite only being a small company, community partnerships are an integral ingredient of the make up of Anthony’s Travel. We have shown that it doesn’t matter what size business you operate there are many ways you can assist the wider community.  We are proud to be from Halton, so I was delighted when John who was a friend of my father’s approached me.  What happened to John’s mother and the family was truly tragic but John’s drive an ambition to leave a legacy in his mother’s name, which has become his driving force, and if possible to make some kind of positive situation after an awful turn of events, deserves our support”
