Charity Supports the Re-Launch of Local Co-Op

The Cathie Stankevitch Foundation were delighted to have the opportunity to support the re-opening of the refurbished Ditton Co-Op store over the May Bank Holiday weekend.

Olaf and Minion were in attendance to meet and greet the customers and there was the opportunity for those with a sweet tooth to satisfy their cravings by getting themselves a free candy floss served by the Co-Op staff.

The local youngsters also had the opportunity to have a go on the Cathie Stankevitch Foundation bouncy castle in the sun whilst the parents were inside the store picking up some opening weekend bargains.

John Stankevitch from the CSF said “The weekend was a huge success for both the Charity and the local Co-Op who have supported us since we became established in early 2016 and the partnership will continue to grow from strength to strength.

Very generous customers donated over £100 from Friday to Monday to the Cathie Stankevitch Foundation and the money will be used to further support the newly launched ReSport Halton community project”.
