Our standard house clearance provides a chargeable property clearance service based on the balance of recoverable and recyclable items against the cost of waste disposal and time.
In other words, if the majority of items within the property are either not of saleable quality, or not in a condition whereby they can be upcycled, we charge for the house clearance.
This can be;
- Full House Clearance
- Part House Clearance
- Shed Clearance
- Single items
- Garden Clearance
CSF (Cathie Stankevitch Foundation) Property Services provide the most competitive house clearance service in the area.
As a Registered Charity, we have no shareholders and we benefit from access to services that private house clearance companies do not have, meaning we can provide you with more and keep our charges to a minimum.
Fully trained experienced house clearance staff with specialist insurance and all licences in place.
A house clearance will include furniture, bric a brac, clothes, garden furniture, tools, homewares, white goods, pictures etc. This ensures we have the maximum opportunity to recycle and recover as much as possible from the house clearance.
We can even clear and clean your gardens.
- Professional and courteous clearance service, in most cases with no skips on site

Even though we are a charity, we still incur costs, waste management and disposal is unfortunately not cheap.
We have to cover the costs of our staff, their PPE and training. Vans and specialist house clearance insurance plus any waste sorting and disposal.
As a guide figure this works out at approximately £100 per hour for the team plus any tipping charges of £155 per tonne.
Always check with other house clearance providers that they have the specialist legally required training and insurance.
